Three teens charged with breaking into house on a Lexington Street in East Boston

Boston Police report arresting three teens they say had broken into 167 Lexington St. and up to the second floor last night.

When officers arrived at the house, owned by a Back Bay LLC, on a report of a B&E around 7:35 p.m., they were able to grab two teens. Two others ran away; one evaded officers, but the other was also nabbed, police say.

Elmer Roberto-Rodriguez, 18, of Chelsea, and a 15-year-old from East Boston too young to have his name released, were arrested at the scene on charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony. The third suspect, a 16-year-old from Lynn, was issued a summons and then released to the mercies of a parent, police say.

Innocent, etc.

To prevent these young teens from entering the school to prison pipeline..

It seems that these teens deserve to be in a juvenile detention hall for awhile. No sympathy for them, whatsoever.
