Man arrested for Hyde Park murder in December

Boston Police report arresting a man in Mattapan for the shooting death of Storlen Webster on Ellis Street on Dec. 13.

Emmanuel Maldonado, 21, was arrested Friday morning on Woolson Street in Mattapan, police say.

Webster's murder came a month after another man was shot to death around the corner, in what is normally a quiet part of Hyde Park.

In 2019, Maldonado, then listing a Hyde Park address, was arrested on gun charges in Foxboro.
