Two-alarm fire on Crescent Avenue in Dorchester

The Boston Fire Department reports firefighters responded to 26 Crescent Ave. at 9:15 a.m. for what turned into a two-alarm fire on the second floor of a three-story building.
The department reports none of the nine residents were injured.

The department estimates damage at $500,000.
