During the days of the Lamatina administration, Eastie had Clean streets and municipal parks , bring those days back . With much more people moving into the neighborhood , the parking situation is getting worse, people who still live in the same house for over 50 years have to circle the block 3 or 4 times trying to search for a parking spot. An underground garage beneath the Boston harbor somewhere along the waterfront would be much needed to ease the parking crunch. these are several issues that need to be addressed.

During the days of the Lamatina administration

eh what?

With much more people moving into the neighborhood , the parking situation is getting worse,

Yes, that happens when you have more people chasing the same fixed resource pool. In related news, the earth with 8 billion inhabitants is more crowded and more polluted than it was back when I was a kid, with only 3 billion inhabitants

people who still live in the same house for over 50 years have to circle the block 3 or 4 times trying to search for a parking spot.

Does living in the same house for over 50 years mean you ought to have priority for the use of public streets to store your automobile?

An underground garage beneath the Boston harbor somewhere along the waterfront

Should this be built at taxpayer expense?
