North End restaurateur to run bar at Boston Public Market

The Boston Licensing Board votes tomorrow on whether to formally allow North End restaurateur Philip Frattaroli formally take over as manager of the Boston Public Market's bar.
Frattaroli will oversee a bar that, like the overall market, specializes in craft beers and other drinks with New England origins.

I don't think there's a bar
I don't think there's a bar there now (just a craft beer store) so this wouldn't be so much "taking over" as establishing a bar.
