Orange Line just getting started with delays; riders now stuck in some Twilight Zone maze

An Orange Line train died near Stony Brook, and the T reports delays of up to 15 minutes. 15 minutes? One rider on that train snorts:

I’m on the held up train and i can confirm we have been here for 45 min

Yesterday evening about 20 min earlier than that I took the Orange Line with some hesitation having read about the long waits due to new cars being pulled without explanation.
My wait was only 7 minutes.
Exiting North Station earlier in the day took me about 4 minutes as none of the pass throughs was reading fare receipts or tickets and all exiting and most entering commuter rail passenger were prevented from passing through. A single stressed employee was dutifully following protocol and slowly letting people out. The crowds were piling up behind me. I considered pushing through the emergency gate when she saw me and let me through. I beat the hell out of there.

If the newly elected Governor can achieve one of these goals she will be batting 333 which is pretty good compared to other Governors who struck out.

But we do have plenty of new pot shops.

That's so you have something to do with your time while you're on a stuck train. Remember that it's only polite to bring some extra in case any fellow commuters forgot theirs.
