Braintree Red Line service halted after two bodies found on tracks in Wollaston

NBC Boston reports the bodies of a man and a woman were found on the tracks this morning - but were not hit by a train. Shuttle buses are running instead between Quincy Center and JFK/UMass, but there are lines.

What it seems to imply now is that they committed suicide via contact with the third rail.

It really is just so sad. Suicide is always sad, of course. Doing something like deliberately zapping yourself with the 3rd rail is just really heartbreaking. I wish someone had been able to intervene and get them help. No one deserves to die that way.
