Serial T unzipper charged with exposing himself again, on a 15 bus in Roxbury, police say

Transit Police report arresting a man already facing charges for exposing himself to women for allegedly exposing himself to a woman on a 15 bus heading toward Nubian Square last night.

Police say that around 7:30 p.m., officers arrested Carlos Pires, 48, of Boston for the following:

[W]hile traveling inbound to Nubian Sq. on a route 15 bus Pires was making inappropriate and aggressive sexual comments to an 18-year-old female and ultimately exposed his genitals to her. When the victim attempted to use her phone to contact her mother relative to what was taking place, Pires stated "You trying to call the cops?" and attempted to forcefully grab the phone from the victim's hand. Pires was unsuccessful.

Police say the officers found Pires a couple blocks away from the station.

Pires made disparaging comments about women/victim and stated to the officers "Now arrest me".

And so they did, on charges of being annoying and accosting, threats to commit a crime, disorderly conduct and attempted robbery, police say.

In addition to "several encounters" over his behavior towards women, Pires was arrested last year at Ashmont station after he allegedly kept a fare gate open and then spit at a T worker who tried to get him to move.

Innocent, etc.

I had no idea being annoying was an arrestable offense. If that's the case, why is there anyone left without a criminal record?

Does the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital Correctional Unit have a psychiatrics ward? This guys mind is seriously twisted. He needs help and incarceration to protect us.
