Charlie's wife goes down to the Scollay Square station
Every day at quarter past two
And through the open window she sees this guy a yankin'
As the train comes rumbling through!

Hey girl
I got somethin' real important to give you
So just sit down and listen

Girl you know we've been together such a long long time
(Such a long time)

And now I'm ready to lay it on the line

Wow, you know it's Christmas and my heart is open wide
(Open wide)

Gonna give you something so you know what's on my mind
(What's on my mind)

A gift real special, so take off the top...

He was just trying to be romantic. /s

than that of the dude who thinks anyone is interested in his sad old junk, that exposing it to strangers is ever going to result in a positive outcome of any kind.

How does anyone conclude this is a good idea? Did I miss the blockbuster rom-com where the plucky hero finally wins the heart of his reluctant object of affection by whipping it out on public transportation?

That's an Alice's Restaurant level of embarrassment in stir. "I stabbed my father: what are you in for?" "I committed a crime that a well-placed matchbook would have saved me from."

They don’t think they are wooing people. Look at the look on his face - he is getting off on the photo-taker’s horror. It is a dominance/aggression thing.
