The MBTA reports a "power problem" has knocked out the newest part of the Green Line, between Medford/Tufts and Lechmere, and says riders should consider taking the 80 bus instead.

It wasn't that long ago, the T was proposing to do away with all those buses because once we got the Green Line, who would use them?
You can never overestimate how bad the T can be.

...that service between North Station and Government Center has been suspended for weeks now due to the Government Center Garage demolition. What is the point of that line at all if it never goes anywhere?

The 80. I used to ride this daily out of W Medford.
its never on time. Its always late. Its awful.
of course really glad I decided to enjoy the nice sunny day today around 2pm and walk to work from Davis Sq. Otherwise I would have been in this hot mess.
