Police hunt pair of alleged douchnozzles for trolley troublemaking near Somerville T stop

Transit Police report they are looking for a pair of guys for some assholery turned A&B on a Green Line train near Gilman Square in Somerville around 11 p.m. on Saturday:

Subjects harassing a 37y/o male victim/instigating a fight. V refused to engage & alleged he was struck in the face by subject.

What a charming duo. Why aren't real studies being done as to what causes this kind of behavior, instead of just writing it off to them being a-holes? And seriously, hoodies and baseball caps have definitely got something to do with it. It's part of the package. I don't want to say ban them, that isn't right and will just make them all the more totemic. Isn't there a way we can make them fall out of fashion?
