WCVB reports JetBlue Flight 170 from Ft. Lauderdale to Logan last night had to land in Orlando after a passenger began telling people he was the devil and then punched a woman he was traveling with.
It's a valid question... I assume it's because nobody on the plane was empowered/trained to take the man into custody for the remainder of the flight to Boston. Yes, ideally the other passengers would just wrap the guy up in duck tape and lock him in the rest room for the rest of the flight to Boston, but that's not the system we have.
The upcoming snow event causes Magoo to ‘member several moons ago Magoo underwent a past life regression and it was discovered that Magoo was a Neanderthal (pronounced with a hard “t” as in Neander-tall) in a past life. In this incredible awakening Magoo ‘membered that Neander-Magoo traversed the snowy scape with Neander-Magoo’s tribe and She-Neander-Magoo who was super yum-yum looking. Anywho, Neander-Magoo had no concept of an airplane or the sunny climes of Florida or JetBlue, for Neander-Magoo was a snow-tamer. Magoo.
It's pretty stupid for JetBlue to worry about saving a few pennies (relatively) when they could have generated a lot of good will and good press by giving vouchers to all of the passengers. So short-sighted.
The Devil is smart enough to not reveal himself to be the Devil.
The Devil is a smooth operator who sweettalks you into following him.
As it's been said in the movie The Usual Suspects "The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was making people believe he doesn't exist."
So, the guy on the plane isn't the Devil.
I should know... I AM!

I was on a flight
old guy started ranting that the wrath of God was going to bring down the plane.
Fortunately it was before takeoff, so the guy was kicked off
So why land in Orlando?

Mr Magoo, your light-hearted nonsense in this sometimes too serious forum always makes me smile.
own-goal mistake by JetBlue

So, the passenger...
...was just trying to support the team?

Could have been worse...
...the entire window panel could have come off shortly after takeoff.

That was crazy
Its a brand new plane, too. Less than 150 flights and about 8 weeks in service.
Going to buy Airbus stock ...
