The BPL's Jamaica Plain branch on South Street is taking suggestions on what it should name its new bright-eyed book cart (Carty McCartface is probably too much of a cliche).

For some people, a story like this would brighten up their day, given all of the doom, gloom and bloodshed that happens worldwide. Feel free to scroll to other stories on this site and many others that will satisfy your need for that.

It is a bright and lively story. That said, if someone believes it’s a form of societal pathos, or it bespeaks some disfunction, well that’s interesting however you slice it. Does it reflect on society, or person who criticized it above Anon , or both? It doesn’t make every, or any set of goggly-eyes pathetic, or inane, or immature. Maybe the aggregate expression of goggly-eyes represent to some folks a societal infantilism, immaturity, or regression. (I’m realizing I’m just describing what’s been written, but with way more words.) maybe, the eyes reflect the growth of emotional health, playfulness and spirit of society.

Are we sure it’s not “goggly eyes?”

They're interchangeable adjectives @Frelmont.
Also "Anon" is an actual user whereas anon is a placeholder for unregistered users.
You'll get used to it.
