WBUR reports the owner of 298 Beacon St. is suing the welders who allegedly started the fire that killed two Boston firefighters and the owner of 296 Beacon, where they were working.

Jake Walker was one of many people to wonder about the helicopter flying low along Boylston this morning. He notes he looked down on the chopper from his 22nd-floor office.
This comes a day after people wondered about the fleet of helicopters flying around town. They're all Marathon related, of course. Today's might be your standard background radiation testing, nothing to be concerned about, they say.
The Tech reports both its national fraternity and MIT have suspended Delta Upsilon, based at 526 Beacon St. in the Back Bay, for "inappropriate behavior during unsanctioned events" over January break.
No word if a horse in the dean's office was involved.
Bonus fun fact: Animal House producer Ivan Reitman belonged to a Delta Upsilon chapter at McMaster University.
A Wakefield man was ordered held in lieu of $100,000 bail and sent down to Bridgewater for evaluation at his arraignment today on a variety of charges related to the alleged act of performance art that led police to shut Boylston Street for more than two hours last night on the anniversary of the Marathon bombings.
UPDATE: Kayvon Edson faces a variety of charges in Boston Municipal Court following his arrest at the finish line.
Boylston Street was shut at the Marathon finish line tonight after police found two unattended backpacks - not long after a barefoot man dressed like a Southern belle in mourning danced his way up the street with a backpack on, yelling "Boston Strong."
