Not only is the Allston Flamer still running around, the street's residents have to deal with crazed muggers who flop on the ground and scream for "mommy" when caught and angry blond fight punks on skateboards, the Daily Free Press reports:
After attending a house party, three males on skateboards approached him. The victim said that one of the males, described as six feet, slim and blonde, punched him. The rest of the group punched and kicked as the victim was on the ground for five minutes. The victim said he realized soon after that his wallet was stolen.

I found it interesting that in the link here, google maps has the defunct Harvard St. Fire Station listed and not the active one on Brighton Ave. (I assume the Harvard Ave. one is listed because it is listed on the National Historical Places list.)
