Andrew Square bank robbed

AlertNewEngland reports the Mt. Washington Bank branch at 501 Southampton St. was held up around 11 a.m.

The suspect is described as white, about 6' tall with a stubbly face. He wore a black hat, a black hoodie and gray sweatpants and was last seen heading down Preble Street. Oh, and the dye pack in the money he got exploded.

The branch was held up last March.

When they put that bank there years ago, I knew it would always get robbed. Think about how many ways out of Andrew Square there are via city street, highway, bus, MBTA.
