Dallas-area man charged with sending powder-filled envelopes to Boston schools last year

KTRE reports a resident of a Dallas suburb faces federal charges that he's sent hundreds of rambling, threatening letters to addresses across the country since 2008.

Last year, 28 Boston schools received the letters, which mentioned al Queda, Sarin gas and mashed leeches.
