Then last night Stacos sent out the information that a small boat had capsized near the Harvard Bridge with one person rescued from the water.

These are likely a couple of lunks who are experiencing cabin fever, and don't understand the word "no".

I remember when I rowed, we had one extreme person on the men's heavyweights who got suspended for going out and trying to break up the ice with one of the old tender boats - after the boathouse manager and his coach told him not to.
