Scruffy hoodie fan sought for downtown bank robbery
By adamg on Tue, 04/07/2015 - 11:14am
The FBI's Bank Robbery Task Force released a photo of the guy it says robbed the Eastern Bank branch at 63 Franklin St. around 4:15 p.m. on March 26.
He's described as white, about 50, 5'8" to 5'10" and 160 to 180 bls, with some facial scruff and a fondness for bulky gray hoodies.
If he sounds familiar, contact the task force at 617-223-6185.

Someone call Sheriff Roger Goodell!
Sounds like Belichick is trying to deflate some bank accounts!
Why are bank cameras so awful?
Jar Jar Binks?
Are bank tellers really that stupid?
Because your average customer wears rubber gloves and clothing that conceals their identity, right?
Rubber gloves?
Those are run-of-the-mill winter gloves.
OK
Blame the s#i^^y bank camera then.
March 26?
If this were from, say, February 26, nobody would have noticed much (other than the hoodie would be "underdressed" for the weather).
I'm surprised there were not more bank robberies then - everyone looked like Kenny and balaclavas were sensible, not unusual. Hiding oneself or one's loot in a pre-excavated snow mound would be a great escape.
I love these but...
Do they ever result in people being caught? This one is especially unhelpful, but even when the photo is clear, I never hear about people being arrested because someone recognized them. Or am I just missing the news after the fact?
