CDs on a fence at the Fairmount commuter-rail station in Hyde Park

Somebody's attached a whole bunch of CDs to a fence at one of the entrances to the Fairmount station on the Fairmount line (on Fairmount Avenue, of course).

You forgot to add that Fairmount Station on the Fairmount Line (on Fairmount Ave), is, of course, at the bottom of Fairmount Hill.

Next come the sketchy microentrepreneurs to haunt the environs, offering the things to stick on the fences and railings.

At a modest mark-up, of course.

I bet they are some band's self burned demo CD. Trying to get people to take one.

The blue bottom ones are DVD-R's, the light silver ones with a green tint are CD-R's and the silver bottom ones are either retail DVD's or retail CDs....

So they are not all music demos unless the DVD's are the Music DVDs or a music video but I find that unlikely. Probably someone with left over blank discs before moving.

Can we please stop with all this junk in the Fairmount section? First that awful mural on the Vertullo building and now this! I'm afraid to think of what might be next.
