Yes! More luxury condos! This will be great, because all the other luxury condos in Boston are occupied and definitely not vacant!

Well there are selling like hotcakes to investors which don't live in them which is at least keeping the same investors from buying existing rental properties and kicking residents out.

If an investor is buying a condo and renting it out, or living in it themselves? There is still demand for housing and in either situation, building new condos helps alleviate that demand.
