Jed Hresko came across this scene on Freeport Street in Dorchester under the Red Line tracks (of course), proving storrowing's not just a game for the river roads.

Must have been going pretty good to get what appears to be the whole trailer underneath the bridge.
It's a driver trap
I'm not sure it applies here, but sometimes if the surface directly under the bridge is lower than the road around it - that is, if the road dips under the bridge and comes back up - the truck will get part-way under without incident, then as the tractor starts going up, and the trailer wheels haven't yet come down to the low level under the bridge, the trailer roof rises up and crunches in to the bridge from below even though the front of the trailer might not have made contact on its way under.
It's obvious when you see it happening but not something you'd think about in advance, so it's no surprise it bites drivers sometimes.
Reminds me of an old joke
Trucker to co-driver "Man, this bridge has a sign that says twelve feet clearance, and we're thirteen-six. What do we do now?"
Co-driver "Any cops around?"
Trucker "No."
Co-driver "Go for it then."
