Christopher asks:
Since John Harvards in Harvard Sq stopped their production, I’ve been looking for a good cask ale place. Know any?

The Glenville Stops in Allston always has at least one, usually a couple.

Row34 in Fort Point sometimes has one available, and even when they don't their beer list is otherwise always amazing and quite eccentric.

Dozens of places in greater Boston metro are going to have cc ales available. In addition to everything mentioned above, I can add off the top of my head places that I know carry cc:
Doyle's
John Harvards - Framingham
CBC
Bukowski's
Beer Works
Lower Depths
Jacob Wirths
Redbones
Watch City - waltham
But there are so many restaurants/pubs around here that will have at least one cc available - I make a point of asking when I go to a new place.
And a big thumbs up on the mentions of NERAX above - been to a couple and have always enjoyed myself muchly.
Just an FYI: Watch City

That's really embarrasing. I should have remembered that - just got caught up in the reverie of making that mental list of places I've enjoyed real ales.
I'll lift a pint in appreciation to all the good folks at Watch City, and to the memory of Jocelyn.
Somerville has a ton of cask beer

Old Magoun's Saloon has three casks.
Five horses in Davis also has one.
Redbones always has one, and once in a while 2 or 3.
Of course there are dozens at each year's NERAX, but that's no longer in Somerville.

Ginger Man had a cask ale on special right now. Don't recall if they had others on the regular taps or not.
