I'll bet you the load in that container was not properly secured or may have even been off-center from the start. Even a slight corner with a shifting load can be very dangerous.

More like, this is what happens when trucks and buses go too fast in that section of the city. It's the third single-vehicle accident of its kind in the past week by a tractor trailer/bus in a five-block radius. Slow down!
