Is a great liquor store, excellent selections and prices. No, I have no connection to them whatsoever, was just a regular customer.

He has a whole slew of products.. someone on my facepage posted this that was Trump Coffee

IMAGE(https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/670/32505047066_fa2212786f.jpg)

I replied with the comment that said:

Yeah coffee that leaves a bitter and regretful aftertaste in your mouth, leaving you that feeling that you wish you'd picked a better brand.

* Contains 100% Maxwell House coffee

And that stuff is expensive.. 9.49 for 12 kcups?!? I think I paid 5.99 for Starbucks Kcups on sale at Market Basket a few weeks ago. However, this picture came from a friend in Texas who saw it at Albertson's.

Forget MA's highest ranked schools, long lifespans, amazing hospitals and great wages....all I care about is access to crappy wine!

With lemmings like you buying Trust Fund Trump's crap it must have taken a tremendously bad business man to run Trump Airlines, Trump Steaks, Trump University, Trump Atlantic City, The New Jersey Generals, GoTrump.com, Trump Vodka, Trump Magazine, Trump On The Ocean and a few more business into the ground. Add on his marriages and its shocking how someone can suck so bad at life.

It's all good.
We all get to support who we like and that's what makes America Great.

If it weren't for checking on UHub I wouldn't have known that Gary's had it.
Trump's wine locator didn't show it. http://www.trumpwinery.com/wine-locator

That being said..
I'm not judging people from spending $10 on a bowl of salad either when they can make their own for a fraction.

Thanks again..

"We all get to support who we like and that's what makes America Great."
This is clearly a lie. America is a DISASTER. We are losing at everything. Obummer care is a DISASTER. Our healthy economy and low unemployment rates are a DISASTER. We are making THE WORST deals.
I thought the goal is to make America Great AGAIN?
At least the Republicans can finally admit that this country is smoking cesspool of human misery painted with the pretty colors of Wall St earnings. Who better than a sleazy con-man to get us back on track!

Wince and choke down a glass of that garbage , take a few breaths, and try to get your rhetoric straight. Glad you could take a few bottles off Gary's hands, he is likely to take a loss on them, like everything else Trump touches.

There were two bottles left as of a while ago. Unless he has more in the backroom.

Anyways to your points.
Obamacare is a disaster.
My premiums went from 178 to 289 for no reason.. and if i decided to forgo that expense i'd be hit with a massive fine while still not having coverage?. What happened to Affordable?

Anyways... We'll see who the democrats choose in 8 years to compete,

Gimme 2, don't buy them all. I'm not a wine guy but one bottle in my cabinet is untouchable. It's a bottle with the Red Sox logo from the 2004 World Series. Now there will be a second bottle off limits, if the over 1,000,000+ Trump voters in MA don't beat me to it. I wonder if Gary's can back date the receipt to last Friday, a new beginning. If you had a receipt from inauguration day with the bottle, it would be worth a small fortune already, much like the surging stock market that the fake Globe front page predicted would crash under Trump. Perhaps some of the Globe's prediciions will come true and nuclear war will start any minute. #MAGA

18 U.S. Code § 713 - Use of likenesses of the great seal of the United States, the seals of the President and Vice President, the seal of the United States Senate,...United States House of Representatives, and the seal of the United States Congress

(b) Whoever, except as authorized under regulations promulgated by the President and published in the Federal Register, knowingly manufactures, reproduces, sells, or purchases for resale, either separately or appended to any article manufactured or sold, any likeness of the seals of the President or Vice President, or any substantial part thereof, except for manufacture or sale of the article for the official use of the Government of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

Thank you for the nice words. Again, I wasn't trying to make a political statement. I am a big believer in the 1st amendment. I have no problem with people coming in and saying they were mad, or happy that I carried this. It is not my place to take choices away from people. If you like it, then buy it, if not, then don't. If you feel like expressing your opinion to me in a civil way, then I am more than happy to hear you out. The key word being CIVIL. It is all sold out now, but we have plenty of Tequila and Corona left ;)

up

If the feds come busting down his door I think his lawyer might be able to argue that the seal was not attached to the actual article that was going out the door but was merely adjacent to it.

That is until Trump signs an executive order directing the Justice Department to not prosecute anyone for selling a Trump article with the seal on it, then it won't be an issue any more.

Which is my own fault for not including this also. It includes advertisements

(a) Whoever knowingly displays any printed or other likeness of the great seal of the United States, or of the seals of the President or the Vice President of the United States, or the seal of the United States Senate, or the seal of the United States House of Representatives, or the seal of the United States Congress, or any facsimile thereof, in, or in connection with, any advertisement, poster, circular, book, pamphlet, or other publication, public meeting, play, motion picture, telecast, or other production, or on any building, monument, or stationery, for the purpose of conveying, or in a manner reasonably calculated to convey, a false impression of sponsorship or approval by the Government of the United States or by any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.

Cybah, you should have been at the inaugural. All kinds of garments for sale with the Seal of the President of the United States, being peddled by mostly black local D.C. vendors, as federal agents galore passed by without concern. Hats, scarves, shirts, rain gear, you name it. Very nice vendors, festive and items priced reasonably. They also had some anti-Hillary gear with language unfit to print here. I passed on those, she's been through enough. You could even buy a picture standing behind the presidential podium (with official seal) at Reagan National Airport. It had a little step stool behind it, apparently expecting Hillary to win. They must have believed the polls! I will grab a bottle of wine (or two) though if I can get to Gary's soon enough.

After all of that, we have means to handle our grievances, such as-

Separation of powers through an elected Legislature
The fact that the head of government is elected, albeit indirectly
The first amendment allows the freedom to petition for the redress of grievances

Unfortunately, after a little kerfuffle in the 1860s after a Republican was elected President, states kind of have to admit that the President and Congress have powers under the Constitution.

up

Not everybody passionately hates the president of the United States like you Adam.

Not everybody, but the majority of people do. He's got a 36% approval rating.

up
Voting closed 0

Rasmussen has 55% approving of his job performance in the White House. Of course, 40% strongly approve and 40% strongly disapprove, with the remaining 20% just sick and tired of hearing from the other 80% and wish they just posted about puppies and kittens on facebook.

I also have a piece of paper towel that my 3-year-old scribbled on with purple crayon, which I think reads "11%," though that might just be a ketchup stain. Anyway, I'll take the word of the paper towel over the nation's least reliable polling firm, thanks.

up
Voting closed 0

You'd rather go with your gut than with the data in front of you? Interesting.

up
Voting closed 0

I'd rather go with Gallup (which is where the 36% number came from), but even if you go with Rasmussen's 40% he still has the lowest approval rating for an incoming president since Eisenhower.

up
Voting closed 0

Rasmussen puts it at 55%. Still, after 1 week I would imagine that even GWB had much higher numbers. I mean, it would not seem easy to screw up after 6 days in office, and while Trump might have done some things that in some quarters give pause, he hasn't screwed up to that level, yet.

But yes, Gallup (and I just saw Quinnipiac) give a starker number. Probably has something to do with question bias in one or more (or all) of the polls.

(edited to add the last 9 words. I don't know whose polls ask which questions.)

up
Voting closed 0

It has to do with Rasmussen cherry picking which number they like best, when they don't outright pull one out of their nethers.

Just because they put numbers out there, does not mean that they are valid. It is the methods and the rigor that make for science and statistics, not having a number.

Always Elvis wine from the 1970s. As others posting here have commented, it's not an especially good blend. However, lots of people will buy it for the implied "collector" value**. And the majority of those people will have no clue how to properly store wine, with the result that it will turn into vinegar and, thus, become totally worthless to either a collector or a wine drinker.

** remember, if something is marketed as a 'collectible', or perceived by the average person as one, it's usually produced in a large enough quantity as to negate any possible collector value.

Beanie Babies.

Also, as I mentioned upthread, this is non-vintage bubbly. It's not intended to age. If you keep in perfect storage conditions for five years, it'll be undrinkable. If you keep it under conditions most people who buy Trump-branded collectibles keep them (in the pantry, behind the gun rack but in front of the Confederate flag stand), it'll be vinegar by next Christmas.

To answer your question... "How long will these sit on the self?" We had 240 bottles which were put out last week right before the inauguration. 7 days later, all 240 bottles have sold out. To be honest, I was very surprised at how well and fast they did sell. I understood that some people would be upset that we carried these, and others happy.
