Isn't Sushi already a burrito? rice + protein + veggies + sauce, rolled up.

I don't know how you eat your burritos, but I definitely don't slice my burrito into bite-size circles before eating! Also, if anyone ever rolled me a burrito as skinny as a sushi roll is before slicing, I'd be annoyed and feel like they were trying to rip me off. Burritos are supposed to be hefty, dense mofos that set off alarm bells when you try to bring them through airport security.

Man, you'd be really annoyed and feeling really ripped off if you were ever served anything approaching an authentic burrito.

Just added another tweet that has a photo of the beasts: Think burritos, but stuffed with sushi instead of what you'd expect.

Typhoon on Boylston - I'm not sure if it's only a lunch special or an all day option though - but it's good. They have eel as a protein option which I love since seems like an uncommon option.
