The Herald reports how one creative BPS department got to pay a $1,000-a-day consultant even though BPS policy forbids paying more than $40 an hour without the superintendent's approval, which it didn't have.

The article says it's for English Language Learner. Why a school needs a $2,000 a day consultant to teach English makes me think of this

Cute clip, but given it was for English Language Learners, I doubt it was for teaching kids who already know English.
