The low homicide rate in the city of Boston is not because the city is safe it is because of the magnificent work of EMT'S, Nurses and the finest Doctors in America.

I bet we have the crime and public health data to test your hypothesis.

100% true. The great doctors, nurses, emt's and medical advancements are responsible certainly not the police's ability to solve crimes

Knew this would happen last night.People who do not live in this area bring PROBLEMS into the neighborhood 18 out of 24hours a day on a regular basis. They blast music block traffic and think that its a okay because no one has done anything...More police in the community immediately during all summer months since there are too many people who do not know how to enjoy good family time with good weather doing positive things and bringing positive change in the community.

I have emailed the police, used 311 to ask for help and called 911 repeatedly about these men that don't even live in the area hanging out on Trull, drinking alcohol openly while leaving empty bottles all over the street and even openly selling drugs. The police drive by and say/do nothing. I come home from work and I have to stay inside my home while people who don't live on my street enjoy it. It's dangerous for the children coming home from school as well as all residents. They won't do anything until an innocent person is hurt and if the hurt person is no one important to them they will sweep it under the rug and blame witnesses for not coming forward
