Interesting that the focus (in Adam's headline and the linked article) is on the Herald when the article itself says that Globe readers are also complaining.

But they were busy with their 9-part series on how they were moving their newsroom to State Street.

I for one look forward to the one post here on UHub when the closure of the State Street 'newsroom' and sale of the remaining Globe assets/personnel take place or are transferred to WGBH for a tax write-off (like every other failed 'journalist' in this market).

I'm only surprised they haven't worked it in to every story- could have told of the Globe truck routes that started out from Morrissey Blvd. and passed Jared Kushner's R.E. holdings to deliver to stores in Cambridge and Somerville

I've noticed the odd distribution the past week or so- had to go to 3 stores in Somerville Sunday after first 2 told me they never got Globe and have gotten at least 3 days of 2 and 3-star editions in Waltham the past week or so

The only people that care about very late or no deliveries for the globe are majority readers of this site.
Please don't put my obit in it honey.
I on the other hand enjoy the fact that most of my comments are not allowed. I ass u me because it may hurt feelings of the liberals.

If hurting the feelings of liberals was a barrier from UH participation, I'd have been banished circa 2010. Sign up, homie.

Yes, I was miffed at getting my Thursday paper on Friday, but the lack of reporting on the foul was annoying. I am grateful that the Herald had the decency to apologize for the screw up.

That this is just being mentioned today (or in the case of us who read Saturday's Herald) is kind of sad, but again, who knows how much longer the paper's have.

I'm not sure who's printing what, but I get both papers delivered. The Herald hasn't missed a single issue and most of them have been the final edition with all the late scores. The Globe has missed one delivery entirely (they did deliver the paper the next day) and quite a few have been early editions with no Red Sox game story. Hopefully they're all back to normal...they were this morning.

Have you noticed the page size of the Globe has shrunk again? It's narrower by just a half inch or so, but if you compare the page size to several years ago the difference is quite noticeable. I think the width is down to about the size of what the tabloid Herald used to be.
