Dot Ave. dry cleaner held up at gunpoint

American Dry Cleaners, 1724 Dorchester Ave., at St. Marks Road, was held up at gunpoint around 2:30 p.m. today - the latest in a series of armed robberies at stores along Dorchester Avenue and Ashmont Street over the past couple of weeks.

I’m willing to wager the maggot when caught will live on a street either named after a certain southern state or one formerly named for a North Central Massachusetts town.

It’s very near where I grew up. Past Is Prologue on certain streets in the area. The riff raff doesn’t change.
