It wouldn't be a Boston rush hour without a Red Line train going sour

The MBTA reports its managed to dispose of the train that died near Porter Square, but that there are still "minor" residual delays because of it.

Haven't been on a red line train without a delay since Thursday morning. I feel like 4 rush hours in a row is but also isn't a lot, there has to be some unlucky soul out there who once went 16 red line commutes with delays.

You wouldn't see anything like this in New York.

Why can't we be more like New York.

NYC subway system is far better and more reliable than Boston's.

It's not even debatable.

Read this, then tell me that what you wrote is true.

It goes more places and in theory is more frequent, but it's really in the crapper right now. But at least they have new trains.

And if you don't want to read, watch this entertaining video.

Are you two actually trying to outcompete each other for whose trains suck more?

The transit systems in this country are falling apart everywhere.

My gripe was completely with the "world class" remark. I have no problem with people wanting reliable commutes. Yes, I do note how most of the problems are related to a problem currently being resolved, but that don't make the commute go better right now or help with the maintenance backlog.
