Man charged with sexual attack at Downtown Crossing T stop

Transit Police report arresting Jeffrey Phillips, 31, for indecent assault and battery for an incident on a Downtown Crossing escalator Wednesday afternoon.
Police say Phillips followed a woman up the escalator near the Forest Hills side of the Orange Line and indecently assaulted her around 3:30 p.m.
Based on the victim's description, police searched the area and found Phillips on Winter Street, where, after the victim identified him, he was arrested, police say.

Winter Street where he was found and arrested has a lot of shady characters, too bad that area is in such disarray

And this piece of excrement will be released back to the poorly managed group home he exists in to be then set loose right back onto the T tomorrow morning. I have seen it happen twice with my own eyes.
Transit Policing
The Transit Police do a good job identifying these bad guys after watching' T' TV. They could probably prevent crime by reopening the police office on the concourse at DTC which has been closed for years.
