Restoring building cladding on Boylston Street in the Fenway

This morning, Jeremy Sarna watched workers restore the cladding that fell off one of those brand-spanking new buildings on Boylston Street in the Fenway in the wind yesterday. The wind-whipped building pieces shut Boylston Street overnight and into this morning.

That cheap crap that fell off of the new 'luxury' building could have injured or even killed someone walking below. Last night's storm wasn't all that extreme.

I can assure you that triple deckers have had cladding come off of it in high winds too.

Huh? Not immediately after they were built and not from a great height. Clapboards and shingles as opposed to sheet metal

Look back at the Hancock tower having glass falling of it after it was built.
