Three injured when car, Mattapan Line trolley collide

The Dorchester Reporter reports the collision happened at the Central Avenue grade crossing in Milton around 7:18 p.m. The injured were taken to Milton Hospital.

Does a trolley driver need a drivers license since a trolley is not considered a motor vehicle?

• A satisfactory driving record for at least two (2) years prior to the date of hire.
• A satisfactory non-renew display for tickets report from the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.
