Fields Corner has feelings about man buns

Scrawl at Fields Corner against man buns and a man with a man bun

Joel Pettigrew was not expecting to be personally attacked by a scrawl on a pillar at the Fields Corner Red Line station this morning.

Passengers are waiting up to thirty minutes for trains so boredom sets in and results in. Graffiti and messages of hate spreading all along the red line. The Transit Police don't enforce fare evasion rules according to a recent article in Commonwealth Magazine so it follows they won't enforce laws pertaining to vandalism and graffiti.

a fan of the manbun either, but it doesn't warrant a personal attack. There's a lot of fashion choices out there that I don't personally agree with. It's almost as if the freedom of choice to do what we want (as long as it doesn't impinge on the rights of other folks) is a thing! Hey! I should talk to someone about making up a document . . .something about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness . . .

An anonymous statement on a pillar is not a "personal attack". There was nothing personal about it. Mr. Man Bun just happened to walk. If it said "I hate people who have names that start with "L", and you took a pic next to it, that doesn't make it a personal attack.

Try getting cat called every single day. I deal as a woman, I have no sympathy for you.

Unless you do something today to not be part of the problem. Anything. I’d settle for anything.

Man buns were favored by warriors and high status men for millenia.

Anyone that vested in the hairstyles of others and engaging in trivial masculinity policing needs therapy. Lots of therapy.

About man buns..."About The Samurai Top Knot and Man Bun"

The samurai were honorable warriors that would fight to the death using any weapon available, including the katana, suriken, hentai and whatever you call a fart fan in Japanese...

Points for ‘your’ and ‘you are’. Definitely not a typical troll. Way to raise the bar Fields Corner!

Man Buns arise anger in some people and many believe that they are the hairstyle of knaves or cowards.

To the contrary, I have observed guys with Man Buns to be among the young, hip, and more successful with women. Maybe other dudes (haters) don’t respect the hairstyle but it sure as hell seems to be working for Joel Pettigrew et al.

When it comes down to it, you’re better off having a trendy look that pushes the limits than a tired look that gets you respect with other non fashionable males.

I find man buns to be unbearably pretentious, but your points make perfect sense to me.

This guy is proving the point of the message in the most perfect way possible.

Other than "my shrunken avocados are toast so I have to give myself manfeels by hating hair"?

"Shrunken avocados"? I'd say it's you who needs therapy. Really.

In the last week I have seen at least 4 tradesmen employing "sagging" to prevent plumber's crack.

Mix of ages and demographics, all wearing bright plaid boxers to cover the space between tool belt and waist.

Working people, sagging while working.

BOOM!

What a bizarre comment about nothing that relates to anything here. You seem to have real issues with the male body and flaws/defects/imperfections thereof. "Shrunken avocados", plumber's crack", the noticing of "bright plaid boxers", etc. How odd.
