Part of Commonwealth Avenue too full of rains to allow for bustitution of Green Line trains

The MBTA reports the shuttle buses that were supposed to be a substitute for B Line trolleys are only going as far as Chestnut Hill Avenue due to flooding on Commonwealth Avenue between there and BC.

I actually was driving up Comm Ave to Chestnut Hill Ave outbound. There is a dip on the otherwise upwards slope towards Chestnut Hill Ave crossing and that dip was full of 1-2 feet of water. I was a little worried my short car wouldn't make it. On the way back home, later in the evening, there was a BWSC truck there pumping away.
