Cantonese/Peruvian place opens downtown

So, I wandered over to 55 Court St which is the listed address. It's an office building with nothing but a pair of elevators on the first floor and Machu Chifa isn't in their digital directory.

The 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria next door is closed, so maybe that's the space it's going into (no sign of that yet). But that is technically 45 Court Street not 55 Court Street like the Machu Chifa website and everything states.

I tried the phone number and it's not in order. Their online ordering is offline.

Even the bodega owner on the first floor of 55 Court Street had no idea what I was talking about.

It seems this place is in super early days still and it's not entirely clear where (or when) it's actually going to open.
