The Green Line was in terrible shape; riders' mouths must have been agape

Shortly before 10:30 p.m., the MBTA threw its hands up and said the Green Line was such a mess that riders should just give up and traipse over to the Orange Line to get between North Station and Copley - because of a dead outbound trolley at Boylston.
