Marines?! The Osprey is flown by them but those nurses, doctors, and medical technicians are all Navy personnel.

Yes, as should be common knowledge, the USMC does not maintain its own medical personnel but as a component of the Navy utilizes the Navy for medical support.

The unit was deployed to us is the 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade (https://www.2ndmeb.marines.mil/About/), which is a command element that can be scaled up and deployed on a variety of missions, such as what they are now here for. So we have a mix of Marines and Navy medical personnel on the ground in MA, being led by the 2nd MEB commander, Major General Stephen M. Neary, whose USMC biography identifies him as a Boston native.

I first heard and then saw the Osprey on arrival (I'm just a couple miles from Hanscom). I was wondering what what us. Thanks, Adam.

Just so you know, the Marine Corps doesn't have any medical personnel, the doctors, nurses and hospital corpsman are from the Navy. Semper Fi. Go Navy.
