Really? Not to hard to notice.

For those of you on the law enforcement side who are on here, no opinion please from the tinfoil fisherman in Quincy, what is going on?

Is it scores being settled because there have been impact players being let out owing to the virus?

Is it lockdown fever like the guy from Gloucester arrested in Cohasset yesterday harassing people on the beach and the Scituate guy threatening to kill Duxbury cops because both guys constitutional freedoms as defined by they and they are alone are being violated while rambling on about Benghazi, Fast and Furious etc?

Or has the closure of the pot shops coupled with everyone being home and nothing to do except light up sent the secondary, formerly primary pot market into chaos with gobs of cash to be made?

Curfew and not too many normal people being out and about all hours of the day makes it easier for criminals to openly do battle with other criminals without fear of witnesses dialing 9-1-1.

In my opinion, it’s gang feuds and vendettas being settled in mostly deserted inner city streets. And yes, I don’t think COVID-19 has had a positive impact on anyone mental heath, especially the inner city communities that are already so disadvantaged to begin with.

Boston has a pretty serious gang problem and we just refused to hold them accountable when there are out there getting arrested on their third and fourth firearm offense. These are the people fueling the violence in this city. It’s the same ones, over and over and over again.

Boston is the type of city where things heat up occasionally then cool down. Plus the younger generation now 16-20 are getting more active because around that age the fighting starts to slow down and it becomes more about shooting and killing. For the older guys on the street they’re shootings/killings are usually over old beers or drugs.
