Bullets go flying on South Boston street

Live Boston reports more than a dozen shots were fired on Crowley Rogers Way at St. Casimir Street in the West Broadway development around 10:45 p.m. on Saturday. No reported injuries, but at least one car was shot up.

When did “development” replace “project” in the local media vernacular? (Everyone else still calls them the projects.) Have seen the same when referring to the Charlestown projects.
