Shortly before 10 p.m., the BWSC reported a water-main burst under Columbia Road where ht passes under the Southeast Expressway, near JFK/UMass station.

I'm surprised there isn't more police out here for traffic. There's a single one near the park and that it. I saw at least a couple cars contemplate driving through it, along with one MBTA bus that quickly realized how bad of an idea that was

at that same location. It has been there for months, and neither DOT nor Boston DPW will own the problem.
