Guy sought for smashing man to the platform at Park Street T station

Alleged Green Line attacker

Surveillance photos via Transit PD; note tattoos on left arm.

Transit Police report they are looking for this guy for an attack on the Green Line stop at Park Street that ended with the victim's head slamming into the platform around 8 a.m. on May 1.

According to police, the guy went up to a man who, for whatever reasons, likes sitting in a baby stroller when out, but who does not harm anybody, and "punched him in the back of the head, forcing him to land on the platform striking his head causing injury."

When found, he'll be charged with aggravated assault and battery for the unprovoked attack, police say.

If he or his tattoos look familiar, contact detectives at 617-222-1050 or send an anonymous text tip to 873873.

Why are ppl so concerned with other ppls personal choices?? If no one is being harmed in any way and the person enjoys whatever it is, as weird as it seem, MIND YOUR BUSINESS!!! I hope they find this POS and throw him to the real bullies in the pen...see how tough he is then.

There is no vaccine for violent bullies who terrorize innocent passengers.

I think we should assume that this guy has fantasized for years about beating up an adult man in a baby carriage, and, when the opportunity presented itself, couldn’t resist.

Either that, or he’s a Bruins fan. Either explanation will suffice.

This is the sort of person who sees someone who's different and thinks, "Great, someone I can victimize, and no one will stop me!"

It's on all of us to prove these people wrong.

If an overgrown schoolyard bully meets his match, I can only salute anybody who has the courage and is in good enough physical shape to fight back if and when he attacks them. Meeting his match is probably the best cure for an overgrown schoolyard bully.

His match would probably be a WWE wrestler. That's a very big boy right there.
