Woman murdered on West Concord Street in the South End

The Boston Police Department reports a woman was shot to death at 162 West Concord St., just before Tremont Street, around 9:30 p.m.
The woman was declared dead at the scene.
Two guns were recovered at the scene.

The BPD calls that a "report"?
There is virtually no helpful information included. No basic description of the victim? Was the incident outdoors or indoors? The TV news reports this morning added nothing of substance other than the statement that "the public is not at risk," implying it was a targeted murder. I hope we find out more.
