Man who died when trapped by a Red Line door was getting off the train at the time, feds say

WBZ reports the NTSB says Robinson Lalin was getting off the Red Line at Broadway around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday when his arm was trapped by a door and he was dragged to his death.

What criminal charges could she face? Motor vehicle laws are not applicable and you don't need a drivers license to operate a train?

You need a drivers license to drive on the Orange, Red and Blue lines to drive for the T subway unless you were grandfathered in somehow. They changed the rules back in 2010

Leaving aside discussion of fault, blame, etc. I had been imagining someone who was trying to force their way onto a train. I see that so often and honestly I'm amazed we don't hear about that ending badly. But apparently that's not even what happened here.
