Teen, man arrested with loaded guns after shots fired in separate incidents on Parker Street on Mission Hill, police say

Boston Police report arresting a 15-year-old on gun charges Thursday night while responding to a report of gunfire in the area of the Mission Hill Community Garden, 746 Parker St. on Mission Hill.

Around 10:45 p.m, police say, officers spotted a teen walking down the street wearing a ski mask and grabbing his waist area.

Officers stopped the male, conducted a pat-frisk, and discovered a loaded firearm in the victim’s waistband. The juvenile male was taken into custody without incident. The Firearm was found to be a Colt Luger 9MM with one (1) round in the chamber and one (1) round in the magazine.

He was charged as delinquent for unlawful possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition, police say.

Around 1:50 a.m. on Saturday, police say, gang-unit officers patrolling Parker Street near Ruggles Street stopped a car for speeding.

Livingston Walker, 27, of Roxbury, was was arrested after the officers found "a Glock 30S .45 Caliber, loaded with one round in the chamber and thirteen rounds in the magazine," in the car.

Walker was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and unlawful possession of a high-capacity feeding device, police say.
