Hockey fans line up outside City Hall Plaza

The Fort Pointer reports that with such nice weather, local hockey fans massed for a City Hall Plaza even in advance of the games at Fenway Park - and stood in a line the wrapped around the Government Center T stop to get in.

Winter Classic Fan event
Few players, games and the Stanley Cup was on display!
Too long of a line though, just rode by but seemed like a really a fun event!

For a minute I thought it was another MBTA shuttle bus nightmare. But then I said, naah... then it would just be a scattered confused crowd and there would one MBTA employee just standing on the sidewalk screaming at everyone.
