Two sliced in the neck on Blue Hill Avenue in Roxbury

Boston Police report two men were sliced in the neck at 189 Blue Hill Ave. around 2:10 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police report arresting Ruben Lieske, 21, of Dorchester, not far from the scene.

He was charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest, police say.

Innocent, etc.
