Man found fatally shot along the Greenway early Sunday

Boston Police report that officers investigating the sound of gunfire at Broad Street and Surface Road around 2:20 a.m. found a man with a gunshot wound a block away at Atlantic Avenue and High Street. The man was taken to Tufts Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

NorthEndWaterfront.com reports the shooting might have been the result of a fight that broke out between two passengers on a harbor cruise that docked at Rowes Wharf.

I inquire as to or is there a reason why the murdered has been identified and the murderer is not, by name and age? I request the public info to be released and in accord to the massachusetts constitution of 1780, with out any contemt or threat of retaliation. I thank you in advance and take care
