Somebody call the French Consulate - 617-832-4400. We need to warn them about this dangerous South End neighborhood of Boston.

Based on the location and the uptick in shootings in the city, can the city clarify if some nice young men from Villa Victoria and some other quaint parts of the city were given some sort of Christmas let go for good behavior?
